1980, Grove Logistics has managed the domestic and international
transportation of a wide variety of products such as beverages and grocery
products, beer, wines and spirits, fructose and fruit juice concentrates
in bulk, building materials, hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals, including
liquid and dry bulk shipments, and heavy duty construction equipment.
Headquartered in Lexington, Massachusetts, Grove is a non-asset based
third party logistics provider tailoring its services to meet the distinct
needs of the client.
Grove has clients based throughout the United States, Puerto Rico and
the Caribbean, the Scandinavian countries, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands
and the U.K. The international activities of Grove are primarily focused
in the trade lanes linking the U.S. and Canada with the Caribbean, Mexico,
the east & west coasts of South America, northern Europe, the Asian subcontinent
and Australia. Grove coordinates the movement of over 30,000 TEUs annually
on the behalf of its clients.
As a domestic logistics services provider, Grove oversees that portion
of export/import traffic moving between points in the United States and
port terminal facilities as well as arranging for the transportation of
goods to be shipped between points and places within the United States.
Grove has contracts with several railroads and motor carriers to move
intermodal containers and conventional trailers efficiently and economically.
Through an affiliated company, Cotting Carriers, Inc., Grove has the ability
to establish a motor carrier service dedicated solely to a customer's
specific operating requirements.
